Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

  1. We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging.
  3. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
  5. We also do not accept products that are broken or may have missing parts.
  6. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  7. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Return

  2. If your return is accepted we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  2. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
  4. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  1. Late or missing refunds:
    1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    2. Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    3. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
  2. Sale items:
    • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exceptions/ Non-returnable items

  • Product bought during sale or under any discount schemes cannot be returned/ exchanged or covered under warranty.

Exchanges

  1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  2. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
  3. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping returns

  1. To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
  2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  4. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranty Policy

  1. We at lighting49 offer warranty from 6 months or upto maximum 2 years of warranty for  any manufacturing defect on all our fresh and non-discounted merchandise.
  2. Under this policy, we provide free repair service only (No refund/ exchange will be processed).
  3. However, in case of mishandling of the product, the repair will be processed on a chargeable basis.
  4. Mishandling of product will include mark or stains, cut caused by any sharp object, burns, wrong cleaning attempts, color migration, etc.
Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 5 days from the delivery of the product.
Note: All product categories are non-returnable for International Customers for Export Orders.
